Residence Inn - 370 Congress St.

This hotel is a one-of-a-kind, award-winning, restored 1900's era drygoods warehouse with 12 foot high ceilings and the original subway tiled atrium. Original vault doors were repurposed as decorative focal point furnishings and eclectic finishes all serve to honor the history of this building while keeping it current and trendy.

JSI provided the public area and guestroom millwork and cabinetry. The materials ranged from rustic reclaimed, painted and stained woods, metals, luminescent colored glass to exterior paneling used inside the building. The overall look and feel is warm and welcoming, reminiscent of the building's origin, but with up-to-the-minute technology and amenities.
