JSI teamed up on this project to fit out the custom 5-story amenity complex for this property, including a  main reception and recreation lounge, warming kitchen, custom bookcases, wall & ceiling paneling, sliding & hinged doors, concealed doors, lockers, indoor & outdoor pool millwork, fitness, yoga, pilates studios, and custom basketball courts. Materials are an array of luxe finishes, including teak, blackened steel, walnut, oak, laminates and more.
