This renovation of a classic building in the Northwest DC area features 310 apartment and condo units, 19,100 square feet of retail and artist studio space and 165 indoor parking spaces.

The JSI custom kitchen cabinets open vertically, like garage doors, and each of the two color options have a mix of open and closed shelving. The vanities are sleek and offer large drawer storage.

The common areas are an eclectic mix of industrial, reclaimed wood, sleek and modern materials. JSI produced the rooftop the library shelving, the bar lounge area and communal kitchen. The fantastic mixed-media reception desk immediately impresses visitors and residents alike.
