This project is located within an established, dynamic neighborhood, rich in history and immersed in art. The vibe goes from classic elegance to cutting-edge contemporary. This area offers a diverse array of artists’ studios, as well as eclectic dining, shopping and living.

JSI supplied the huge custom millwork package within the highly stylized and inspiring common areas. The focus of this project was cutting edge technology with a warm, welcoming ambiance.

The materials used, ranged from reclaimed wood wall paneling, custom shelving and ceiling treatments to custom metal and wood bookcases and work stations. We also did focal points such as the communal table, common area kitchen and fireplace.
