Set in the Cardozo neighbourhood of Washington D.C., this luxury rental project features custom Walnut Kitchen and Vanity cabinets manufactured by JSI at our main North American factory.

Cabinet veneers were hand-selected, and accessorized Hettich drawer slides and Blum hinges, and finished with mitered edge details.

Common area millwork was provided by JSI as well, lending an ultra-luxurious feel to the lobby and tenant spaces.
