Sharpe - 25 Holden St.

The Sharpe Building is one of 13 buildings located on the 25 acre Foundry Rhode Island site. It was originally home to Brown & Sharpe, the world's largest manufacturer of machine tools.

The building has been converted into 196 apartments which boast original exposed brick, huge windows and innovative layouts to achieve the most from each apartment.

JSI provided the textured thermofoil kitchens which are well thought out and offer ample workspace and storage; in some instances they even act as room dividing walls with open cubbies to allow for light flow. The shiny metallic thermofoil vanities are modern and sleek while maximizing storage capacity.
