The Packard Crossing

45-55 Brighton Street, Allston, MA, Owned and Built by Hamilton Construction Company and designed by Hacin + Associates.  Phase Two of the Packard Crossing will construct a five to six-story, 99,702 square foot building at 45-55 Brighton Avenue containing 76 residential units and 3,050 square feet of ground-floor retail. Phase Two units will include 4 one-bedrooms and 72 two-bedrooms. A below-grade parking garage will be constructed containing 175 spaces. The following are renderings of Phases One and Two:
